Had an engine derate issue caused by a faulty DEF sensor while passing through on a haul. UGL Truck Center fit us into an emergency bay, cleared the codes, swapped out the sensor, and got us back en route without losing our delivery window.

Super smooth experience. They provided a clear cost estimate before turning a single wrench, and the final invoice matched what was quoted down to the dollar. 🔧

I give this place for a 5 Star. I bring my trailer here to fixed. It was a good experience. Thank you Nursultan from the trailer department.

Professional setup from the front desk to the service bays. They handled our annual DOT inspection thoroughly, caught a worn kingpin before it turned into a major hazard, and completed all required fixes on time.

Fair pricing and honest mechanics. Brought our semi in for an unexpected air leak in the brake lines. They located the cracked fitting right away, replaced it, and didn't try upselling us on unnecessary repairs.

Dropped off our fleet rig for a sudden clutch failure on a Tuesday morning. UGL Truck Center diagnosed the issue within an hour, sourced the replacement parts same-day, and had us back on the road by Wednesday afternoon. Incredible turnaround time for a busy shop! 🚛
